Training

  1. 3 Dimensional Multi-Directional Training provides a more direct link between sport specific movement and traditional training methods.  Our methods focus on the frequently overlooked, finer details of each skill to maximize performance output.  Our game-like force training approach decreases the likelihood of injuries by pre-exposing athletes’ muscles and joints to forces they will encounter during sporting movements, using resistance.
  2. Increased Game Speed.  By training athletes explosively, we are able to increase the pace and tempo at which they compete.  This is the largest area for an overall team to improve.
  3. We want our training to be Fun for your athletes.  Training should be something that these athletes look forward to even though it may be challenging. We keep it interesting so they keep working.
  4. Logical Progressions.  We guide athletes through the necessary steps to enhance speed, become more explosive, and gain strength in a way they can understand and progress on their own.
