Speed Performance Coach
Tiberia Patterson knows what it takes to be a winner. NCAA All American in 1994, two time Mid American Conference Champion in 1993 and 1994 and former conference record holder. Patterson still holds the Eastern Michigan University school record for the 60m Indoor and 110m Outdoor High Hurdles.
His commitment to athletic achievement continues today as one of the assistant Track and Field coaches at The University of Michigan for the last four out of five years. He spent a brief stent at Eastern Michigan University as the interim assistant in 2010, in charge of sprints, hurdles and relays, which also won the 2010 Indoor and Outdoor Mid American Championships.
Patterson focuses his attention on helping athletes reach their full potential through, teaching and motivational lectures. His coaching and training style along with his proven techniques for building speed, strength and agility help to produce athletes who excel in their chosen sport.
