STRICTLY 2SP is a cutting edge training program designed to transform natural athletic ability into extreme performance. It’s unique because it builds Speed, Strength and Power by combining eye-opening training techniques, skill based details, and unorthodox exercise methods, into an exceptional final product.

We’ve had great success in many sports at all levels of competition. Our program is loaded with drills and techniques that mimic sport-specific movements. 2SP is progressive in nature, allowing athletes to build on the skills they have already learned. In addition, we’ve developed a comprehensive assessment tool to track each athlete’s progress. We consider it a privilege to help you become strictly the best.

2SP Training Philosophy

Our philosophy is to develop speed, strength, and power in a manner that requires a detailed mastery of skills.  Building skills from the ground up provides a higher level of technique understanding and overall better athletes.  By combining sport movements with our variable and unstable loading techniques we have created a functional method to better challenge and prepare our athletes.  Our method also focuses on the frequently overlooked, finer details of each skill to maximize performance output.  Our game-like force training approach decreases the likelihood of injuries by pre-exposing athletes’ muscles and joints to forces they will encounter during sporting movements using resistance.

2SP Performance Nutrition

Nutrition is the backbone of Strictly 2SP.  We demand that in order for our athletes to perform at the levels we require, they must practice clean eating habits, proper nutrition timing/availability, and must understand the thought process behind proper nutrition practices.  Not only will our athletes understand basic nutrition concepts (i.e. examples of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats), they will be given examples of performance meals. Athletes will be shown how to make performance meals. Athletes will understand calorie intake for weight gain, weight loss, and maintenance.  Athletes will also understand what types of foods they should be consuming pre and post workout, practice, or game.
